Mr. Hendrix joined J. Franklin Burns, P.C. in 2005 after working for another large litigation firm in Atlanta. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Hendrix handled a variety of insurance claims for a large multi-national insurance company. Mr. Hendrix's practice focuses mostly in the areas of workers' compensation and personal injury. He has successfully handled matters at the trial and appeals level. Mr. Hendrix's workers' compensation experience includes representing insurers and self insured's in all aspects of workers' compensation defense including, subrogation, SITF recoveries, mediation, hearing and appeal. Mr. Hendrix has also handled a broad range of liability matters including premises liability, negligence, medical malpractice, defamation, and aviation cases.

A native Georgian, Mr. Hendrix was born in Atlanta and raised in Snellville, Georgia. He received his B.S. from the University of Georgia in 1997 and J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. Mr. Hendrix is a member of the State Bar of Georgia (Workers' Compensation, Tort & Insurance, and Young Lawyers Sections), Atlanta Bar Association, American Bar Association (Litigation Section), American Institute of Trial Lawyers, and the Atlanta Claims Association.
